What is the minimum and maximum age required to rent a vehicle?

Renters must be at least 21 years old, and up to 50 years old.

Is there a required interval between bookings?

No — there is no required interval between bookings.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes — after 5 completed rentals, you are eligible for a returning-customer discount.
(You may also add future promotions as needed.)

Is a security deposit required?

Shortest rental: 1 week

Longest rental: 2 months

What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?

Minimum: 3 days

Maximum: 30 days (extensions may be available upon request)

How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?

A sales tax of 7.38% will be applied to the base rental rate.
Coupons and discounts (if available) are applied before tax.
Additional fees (tolls, cleaning, smoking, refueling, etc.) will be added to the final invoice, and customers will be notified of any post-trip charges.

How many miles are included with the rental?

You may choose from the following mileage options (based on the template standards):

250 miles per day, or

Unlimited miles (for select rentals—optional upgrade)

Extra miles are billed at $0.35 per mile (recommended template rate).

What are your standard business hours?

8:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.

What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees for each?

We offer delivery only on a case-by-case basis, using template delivery guidelines:

Delivery/Pickup within 25 miles: $50 (for rentals under a week)

Free delivery within 25 miles for rentals 1 week or longer

Delivery beyond 25 miles: case-by-case pricing

What are the allowed pick-up and return times?

Pick-ups and returns are generally allowed between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM, or as otherwise arranged with advanced notice.

Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?

Custom deliveries must be arranged 24 hours in advance and approved by the company.

Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?

Yes — after-hours pick-ups and returns are allowed with an additional fee.

Are there any important extra details renters should know?

Yes:

No smoking in the vehicle

Fuel must be topped up before returning the vehicle

Long-term renters may be required to bring the vehicle in for routine maintenance

Do you offer additional equipment or services? Are there any related fees?

No — we currently provide vehicle rentals only.

What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?

Excess mileage is billed at $0.35 per mile (template-recommended rate).

What is the cost for an additional driver?

The fee for an approved additional driver is $25.

What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?

There is a $150 smoking/odor cleaning fee for any signs of smoking or vaping.

Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?

Yes — renters are responsible for all tolls, tickets, and violations during the rental.
Invoices may arrive 30–60 days later, and charges will be billed to the renter.

Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?

Yes — a $75 cleaning fee applies if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty.
